Tidbits of Inspiration!
When you are ready to make your dream a reality, write it down. Put in words what exactly you want to achieve. Be very specific with your goals. Writing down your dreams and goals will help hold you accountable and is proven to help those actually achieve what they set out to achieve. Dreaming about something is well and good, but it is pointless if we do nothing to achieve them. Make some of your more realistic dreams into goals, and you find that you are very capable of fulfilling them.
Circumstances can certainly make life unhappy. But a part – often a big part – of unhappiness comes from our own thinking, behavior and habits. It is important to notice these habits or behaviors and take control quickly before the take control of you. The worst thing you can do is say "I cant help it".
